We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 8 people so everyone can have the individual attention they need. You must sign up for the class using our online schedule. 

Pilates is excellent for strengthening the core muscles, arms and legs.  The Pilates chair, tower and reformer are resistance exercise machines that requires intense abdominal concentration that improves balance and flexibility with each move. It is an ivigorating total body workout…Barre…Cardio… and more utilizing Fun Pilates props!

*Classes and Teachers are scheduled to change. Sessions and Classes are 30-45-55 minutes.

Your Pilates Sessions and Classes are choreographed in an unvarying order in Classical, Clinical and Contemporary Styles of Pilates. Each Session intergrates into a well designed repertoire utilizing Pilates apparatus in Progressive Pilates movements.

Our unique Sessions are based on the needs and goals of the Pilates Client.

 

Pilates Group Equipment Classes

CORE COMBO : Challenging and Fun! Group Equipment classes utilizing the Tower of Power Allegro and Pilates Chair with Pilates props. Achieve stronger leaner, muscles, build endurance, increase flexibility, proper body alignment and develop Core Strength and Stability.

CARDIO BLAST!: Pilates Jumpboard group class. A fast paced, high intensity Pilates workout that challenges your coordination and core stability while burning calories and body sculpting. (30 min./full class prices apply)
